Hatke in Hindi language means "different, offbeat, out of the ordinary". Hence DealHatke means extraordinary deals.

DealHatke is brand of Vbera Technologies which is an OEM and contract manufacturer and global product sourcing company, having offices and warehouses in India. Catering and delivering products across India even to the remotest location with strategic tie-ups with India post and domestic courier-companies.

Driven by consumer insights DealHatke strives to cater wide spectrum of Indian audience by providing products that will sync with their lifestyle and necessity. Products like Electronics gadget, medical etc. are few of the categories that bring benefits in our customer's lifestyle.

DealHatke offers trendy, durable, cost-effective, customer-friendly and innovative products to its customers for enhancing their lifestyle. DealHatke selection of products is researched and adapted to suit Indian customers.

From website leads are generated using vibrant and informative landing page and emailers, in-house call-centre is involved in confirming each leads, delivering the products; and after sales and support.

Define

Pixologix was asked to create a premium and branded product company for Indian customers. DealHatke needed identity that would both unify and distinguish its product, its packaging and user experience. All the communications were to design focusing on branding and usability, as the product price-point was exceeding compare to other market places. The designers closely with company founders studied the product its technical specification, call-centre, lead generation process, order placement and after sales and support activities. Created design and delivery scope-diagram with responsibility sheet for team-heads.

Logo

The new identity deploys colourful graphic elements- the logo and its diverse colour palette that reflects the authenticity of the products and variety of products available. The shape of circles in bag personify the ecommerce feeling with variety of product options.

Landing page

The highest priority was to design all the communications as responsive and value for life. Vibrant yet elegant design validated the product quickly. Created and optimized the product gif animation for highlighting external features and value. Repeated the CTA regularly. Kept the landing pages size optimal since the offer was exclusive. Added Social Proof / testimonials to Further Add Trust. Used the 24-hours purpose to further consolidate the product daily use. Strong emphasis on exclusive offer and price discount. Page load was kept at most minimum with optimizing the images, css, JavaScript and html code. Kept the entire landing page folder (html, css, images and js) under 1.5 MB.

Emailers

Improve ROI, increase the number of new customers, improve branding and build customer rapport through email communication. Maximum open rate and the aim were to increase sales and drive maximum number of users to landing page.

Well balanced (60% text and 40% images) mailer with clean, simple design should open for people across phones and tablets. Responsive fits across PC, phones and tablets. The call to action is prominently placed. Fonts used Arial which is universally available on computers and devices. The user can see the text when email is delivered. Images are uploaded on server and having alt and title tags. The tone is as per landing page and casual yet informative. The header image uses subtle colors to draw and pull readers further into the email content.

Rich-Media-Banners

Designed in all size for both web as well as mobile and strictly followed the guidelines set by the search engines. Strong Call-To-Action and looped the animation for creating a constant and fresh look. Sleek appearance, eye-catching features with relevant content, increases brand recognition within traditional display network

Packaging

Redesign the shipping boxes for the DealHatke, which are its only tangible customer touchpoint. The design is based on a bold and non-conformist circular pattern that wraps around the corner of boxes in various sizes. The circle pattern is the unique brand positioning and easy to identify from the cluster of boxes which is DealHatke’s box. The designers had the idea to bring the website URL and with important icons on the boxes also carry sustainability messages.
