Med Serve came to Onus Technologies bruise and burnt from their past unpleasant experience from 2-vendors, hence handling the frustration and enraged of client was crucial for this project. Slowly but gradually it settled down. Med Serve is one of Middle East's fastest growing healthcare consulting company specializing in varied healthcare solutions in the GCC & EMEA region since 2014. They also partner with highly acclaimed practicing clinicians and healthcare professionals who mentor us to build the foundation of achieving our goals more efficiently and transform our client experience and satisfaction.
Med-serve wanted the most beautiful website and web application with elegance and strong updating and result oriented functionalities.

Define
Med-Serve was obsessed with design of website, its content, images, placements, which give gives us a new horizon to invent new things. The biggest challenge was to understand the different kinds of brands that Med-Serve had and how to group them along with making the website that is extremely simple to use. The goal was to provide a unique identity. We had to ensure that every user regardless of the skill and proficiency are comfortable using this website. The zoom meeting brainstorming session made it very clear that we required a very strong brand identity website coupled with lot of ideation and exploration for personalization and distinct future requirements. It had to be one stop destination for healthcare needs in GCC & EMEA region.
Design
Since the website caters to doctors and medico-staff, it is lack of any complications, the interface is extremely simple to use and the design is untaught. We have used blue and green as the principal brand color pallet. Blue is symbolize with the medical field and generates the feeling of calmness, whereas green is natural, enthusiasm and happiness, which aims to symbolize the joy.
